Brian Duck is a Co-Founder and Investment Director at The Criterion Fund, where he focuses on capital strategy and investor relationships across the firm’s portfolio. He has been instrumental in closing more than $300 million in commercial real estate transactions, including private equity, office, multifamily, and multi-tenant retail.
Prior to launching Criterion with his partners, Brian served as a Global Business Leader at a major energy industry supplier. He also owned and operated an internationally recognized emissions control company, which he acquired from Chicago Bridge & Iron, grew, and later sold to Honeywell International.
