Criterion partners with seasoned developers across the country to co-GP ground-up retail projects, focusing on high-quality single-tenant net lease (STNL) and multi-tenant strip center developments. We prioritize projects anchored by national or regional credit tenants, with a goal of securing at least 60% pre-leasing and full permitting prior to land acquisition. This approach ensures shovel-ready execution with no time lost between closing and vertical construction.
