The shopping center is a 121,382 square foot Retail Shopping Center located on the corner of Central Avenue and West Street in Wichita Kansas. The property is made up of two in-line shopping centers and three pad sites in front of the center. Plaza West is anchored by a Habitat for Humanity “ReStore”. ReStore is currently paying under market rent and has lease term until 2028. The rest of the center is a nice mix of national tenants (Dollar Tree, Rent a Center, Sally Beauty Supply, and Little Caesars) along with several other regional / local tenants. Criterion successfully sold off of the outparcels and returned our investors equity within 2 years of owning the center.
