The Criterion Fund and The Retail Partners purchased 5.03 acres in Princeton, TX off of Highway 380 and Beachum Blvd. The development will consist of Chipotle, Salad and Go, FatBurger, 7Brew, The Learning Experience and a pad sale. This is part of a larger development in front of a to-be-built Market Street grocery store.
